Mr. Chan is the Assistant General Manager - Digital Strategy of New World Development Limited, oversees digital marketing innovation & strategy and digital tech product development. Matthew was regional head of Digital marketing, CRM & ecommerce in luxury brands in APAC.
He is a passionate advocate for disruptive customer experience technology, which advances business development, customer engagement and marketing effectiveness.
He also served as council member and Vice President at The Hong Kong Computer Society, and held advisory committee roles for retail, digital & startup associations.
