Raymond has worked in various positions in Hongkong Electric responsible for network design, operation and customer service. He is experienced in leading customer service enhancement programs, customer accounts management, smart metering and support in electric vehicle development. He is now the General Manager (Customer Services) of HK Electric overseeing customer services and support to the business growth of customers. Raymond has received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and MBA from the University of Hong Kong. He is a Chartered Engineer and a corporate member of The Hong Kong Institution of Engineers and The Institution of Engineering and Technology.
