Our vision is to ""Join hands with Hong Kong & Macau teams to nurture New Stars in Gaming,"" with the long-term goal of ""Connecting to the Globe"".We firmly believe that great games come from great creators. Therefore, the award is fundamentally creator-focused. In addition to game-specific accolades, we have established multiple individual awards to recognize the dedicated developers working diligently in various roles.
The Dark Horse Award is more than just a competition; it is a platform for learning, recognition, and exchange. We aim for this to be a starting point for building collaborations with international indie game awards, allowing our local creators to learn and grow alongside the global community. Ultimately, this initiative serves to fulfill our association's founding mission: "To Unite Industry Professionals and Champion The Popularization of Game Creation".
