The Cyberport Owner does not accept any responsibilities for any loss or damage whatsoever arising from any cause whatsoever in connection with this website. The Cyberport Owner is entitled to delete, suspend, or edit all information on this site at any time at its absolute discretion without giving any reason. Users are responsible for making their own assessments of all information contained in or in connection with this site and are advised to verify such information by referring to its original publication and obtain independent advice before acting on it.

Redemption terms and conditions:

  1. All prizes cannot be exchanged, returned, or reimbursed with cash.
  2. Cyberport is not responsible for any loss or damage to the prizes after they have been collected by the participants.
  3. Prizes will be redeemed on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
  4. Each attendee can only redeem 1 Top Prize / Grand Prize between 16 Aug to 18 Aug, and the same prize cannot be redeemed multiple times.
  5. Participants can earn 10 points per designated checkpoint per day, with a maximum of 300/310 points. The points cannot be carried over to the next day after redemption. The points will be deducted immediately upon prize redemption and cannot be earned again on the same day.
  6. Each prize can only be redeemed once per participant, subject to availability.
  7. The points will reset at 00:00 on 17th and 18th August to allow participation in the game on the next day.
  8. Participants must agree to the redemption method and rules, otherwise, they will be deemed to have forfeited the right to redeem the prize.
  9. Each participant can only play on one device, and each checkpoint will be counted as 10 points per day.
  10. Any attempt to cheat, manipulate the system, or undermine the integrity of the event is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to disqualify and take appropriate action against any participant found in violation of this policy.
  11. Any employees of Cyberport, event exhibitors, contractors, or their relatives, as well as any employees of companies directly involved in the development, operation, or management of the “Play-to-earn”, are NOT eligible to receive any prizes.(Except snacks redemption). We reserve the right to disqualify any participant who violates this policy and take appropriate action.
  12. Cyberport reserves the right to change or cancel the event without prior notice.
  13. Cyberport's decision on all matters relating to the event shall be final and binding.
